Some woman, MaryAnn Reilly O’Neill, she’s the one yapping about it. Says Rory McIlroy was cheating with his caddie. And get this, the caddie’s a man! Imagine that! That’s what they’re saying, anyway.
And then this other fella, Anthony Kim, he plays that LIV golf. Heard he had something to say about the whole cheating scandal. Just shaking his head, I bet.
I remember when they first got together, Rory and Erica. She was working for that PGA, helping folks get around. He overslept one time, and she got him to his tee time. That’s how they met, I think. He was with that tennis girl before, Caroline Wozniacki.

Erica, she seems like a nice girl. Worked hard, helped people. Now this whole mess. Poor thing. Seven years is a long time to be with someone, then to find out they’re cheating.
And with a man, no less! If the rumors are true, that is. Hard to know what to believe these days. Everyone’s got an angle. But still, where there’s smoke, there’s fire, right?

But if he did cheat, that’s a low blow. Especially after seven years. Marriage is supposed to be sacred. You make a promise, you stick to it.

Now they are talking about Rory McIlroy divorce. This is no good. Marriage is hard work. You don’t just throw it away. They need to talk, figure things out. Not just run away from problems. People are too quick to give up these days. No patience. No commitment.
I heard they have a little girl, too. What about her? Divorce is hard on kids. They need their mom and dad. Rory McIlroy and his wife, they need to think about their daughter. She needs them both. This cheating thing, it messes up everything. Not just for them, but for the little one, too.
This Anthony Kim, the golfer, he said something about it, too. He’s on that other tour, the LIV tour. He’s saying things, making it worse. People love to gossip. They love to see people fall. It’s not right. Rory McIlroy cheating, it’s their business. Not ours. We should stay out of it.
