Alright, let’s gab about these here tennis shoes, the ct-rally and the coco cg1. Ya know, I ain’t no fancy athlete or nothin’, just a regular person who likes to walk around and sometimes, I gotta chase after them darn chickens! So, comfy shoes are a must.
First off, this ct-rally thing. Folks sayin’ it’s supposed to be like them old Lav shoes, but better. And I gotta say, they might be right. Put ’em on and it felt like walkin’ on clouds, kinda. Not stiff like some of them other shoes I had, the ones that made my feet feel like they was trapped in a box. These ct-rallys, they got some give, ya know? They bendy and comfy, real nice for movin’ around, whether you’re chasin’ chickens or just walkin’ to the store.
- Comfy like walkin’ on clouds
- Not stiff
- Bendy and comfy for movin’ around
But here’s the thing, they ain’t gonna win no beauty contests. Look kinda old-timey, like somethin’ my grandpa used to wear. But hey, I ain’t lookin’ to be no fashion model, I just want somethin’ that works. And these ct-rallys, they work just fine. They are much more comfortable than the Lav v2s. Someone said these New Balance felt like bricks, real stiff. But not these, thank goodness.
Now, this coco cg1, that’s a whole different story. Heard it’s made by some young gal, Coco somethin’-or-other. And it shows, ya know? Looks all fancy and modern, with all sorts of doodads and thingamajigs on it. Got that basketball look, they say. I wouldn’t know nothin’ about basketball, but I can tell ya, these shoes are somethin’ else. They are inspired by Coco and have a ’90s feel.
They got all this tech stuff in ’em, too. Don’t ask me what it is, but it sounds important. And I guess it works, ’cause my feet feel pretty good in these shoes, too. But they different from the ct-rallys. They feel a bit… tighter, maybe? Like they holdin’ your foot real snug. Not bad, just different. They really focused on how it looks, which is not a bad thing.
So, which one’s better? Well, that depends on what you’re lookin’ for. If you want somethin’ comfy and you don’t care about looks, go for the ct-rallys. They comfortable and that’s all that matters to me. But if you want somethin’ that looks good and feels good, the coco cg1 might be your thing. They got that fancy style, if you’re into that kinda stuff. It’s all about what you want in a shoe, I reckon. I just need somethin’ that’ll help me chase those chickens!
Me, I like both. The ct-rallys are my everyday shoes, the ones I wear when I’m doin’ chores or just piddlin’ around the house. The coco cg1s, well, they’re my “goin’ to town” shoes. The ones I wear when I wanna look a little bit fancy. Not that I go to town much, but when I do, I want my feet to look good, ya know? Or maybe I wear them to church, that seems fancy enough.
There are other shoes out there too. Folks keep talkin’ about this ASICS brand. Said they make good shoes, the regular kind. But I ain’t tried them yet, so I can’t say much. Maybe one day I’ll give ’em a whirl. But for now, I’m happy with my ct-rallys and my coco cg1s. They good shoes, both of ’em. Just gotta figure out what you need ’em for. And if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ that’ll hold up when you’re slidin’ all over the place, well, either one of these will do ya just fine.
Now, I gotta go feed them chickens. Them noisy birds ain’t gonna wait all day!
