Brittish Williams, a name that some folks might remember from the TV show “Basketball Wives” or maybe from that “Marriage Boot Camp” show. Now, don’t go thinking she’s some big-time NBA star’s wife, because she ain’t. Her ex-fiance, Lorenzo Gordon, was a basketball player, but not the kind that made headlines all over the place. They had a little girl together named Dash Dior Gordon. But life sure ain’t been kind to Brittish these days.
Now, what happened to Brittish Williams? Well, let me tell ya, it ain’t a pretty story. Back in 2021, she got herself into some real hot water. She was accused of some serious crimes, like misusing a Social Security number and even bank fraud. The lady pled guilty to 15 felonies. Fifteen! That’s a lot for anyone, don’t ya think? Five counts of Social Security number misuse and four counts of bank fraud. She wasn’t just messing around with small-time stuff, either. She was caught up in some big schemes.
And then in October 2023, the law came down hard on her. She was sentenced to four years in prison. That’s a long time, ain’t it? On top of that, she’s gotta pay back over half a million dollars. That’s $564,069 to be exact. Now, I don’t know about you, but that’s a heap of money to pay back. I can’t even imagine how hard it would be to scrape up that much!
Now, let’s get back to her baby daddy, Lorenzo Gordon. He’s the one who’s supposed to be the father of her daughter, Dash. They met on “Basketball Wives” and got all excited and engaged in 2014. But things didn’t last. By 2015, they had called it quits. Even though they broke up, they still had their daughter together. A lot of people know Lorenzo for his time playing basketball, but it wasn’t exactly in the NBA. He played for some teams overseas, including one in Israel. Not exactly the kind of fame that gets you a big mansion in Hollywood, but still, he was making his way in the world.
Some folks might say, “What about Brittish Williams’ fame? Did she make a name for herself beyond the TV shows?” Well, it looks like things just didn’t turn out that way. She wasn’t able to keep that spotlight on her. Instead, she got caught up in all sorts of trouble. I reckon people will remember her now, but not for the reasons she might’ve wanted. Sometimes, life just don’t go the way you expect, especially when you start making decisions that’ll get you in trouble. Now, Brittish is facing some serious consequences for her actions.
And what about her daughter, Dash? I sure hope she’s got folks around her who are gonna make sure she’s taken care of.
