Alright, so I finally decided to tackle the “lighthouse drug lab tarkov” thing. I’d heard whispers about it, seen some vague stuff online, but nothing concrete. I figured, “Hey, I’m playing the game anyway, might as well try to figure this out.”
Getting Started
First, I needed to actually get to the Lighthouse. That was a pain in itself. I kept getting sniped, running into scav bosses, you name it. After, like, five raids, I finally made it to the area near the lab. I was super paranoid, checking every corner, every bush. I brought decent gear, but nothing too crazy, ’cause, you know, Tarkov.

Finding the Entrance
Finding the actual entrance was surprisingly tricky. The online stuff was super vague, saying it was “near the water treatment plant” Well, the water treatment plant is huge.
I basically hugged the perimeter wall for what felt like forever. I kept proning, listening for footsteps, the whole nine yards. Finally, I found a section of the wall that looked… different. Like, slightly damaged, maybe? It wasn’t obvious, that’s for sure.
Inside the Lab
Once I was inside, it was a whole different level of tense. The lighting was dim, lots of flickering lights, weird noises. I swear, I jumped at every creak. It was like this old, abandoned medical facility, with broken equipment and stuff scattered everywhere.
I crept through the hallways, checking every room. Most of them were empty, or just had some loose medical supplies. Nothing special. I found a couple of dead scavs, already looted. So I knew I wasn’t the first one there.
The “Drug” Part
The real “drug” part, as far as I could tell, was in this one specific room. It had some intact lab equipment, some beakers and stuff, and a couple of those blue chemical containers. I’m not sure exactly what they were, but they looked important.
I didn’t find any crazy super-drugs or anything. Just the usual stims and some of that weird stuff you can use for crafting. Maybe I missed something, or maybe it’s just randomized. Tarkov, right?

Getting Out
Getting out was even more stressful than getting in. I was loaded up with whatever loot I could find, and I was super worried about getting ambushed on the way to the extract. I took a super roundabout route, avoiding the main roads, crawling through bushes… it took forever.
My Conclusion?
Honestly, the whole “lighthouse drug lab” thing was more hype than substance. It was a cool, atmospheric area, definitely tense, but the loot wasn’t anything game-changing. Maybe I just got unlucky, or maybe there’s some secret I missed. It’s worth checking out if you’re already on Lighthouse, but I wouldn’t go out of my way just for this. It’s more about the experience, the tension, than the actual rewards, I think.
It took many times, to get in and out, but finally, I did it.
