Alright, so I set out to tackle the “Vitamins Part 1” quest in Escape from Tarkov. Gotta say, it wasn’t as straightforward as I initially thought it would be.
Finding the good stuff
First things first, I needed to find that secure case. The quest description mentioned the Sanitar’s room on Shoreline, so that’s where I headed. I loaded into a Shoreline raid, praying I wouldn’t run into a geared-up squad right off the bat.
I sprinted towards the resort, my heart pounding like crazy. Every rustle of leaves, every distant gunshot, had me on edge. I crept through the resort’s west wing, checking every corner, listening for any sign of other players or Scavs.

The Real Challenge
Finally, I located the Sanitar’s room. It was locked, of course. So, I popped open that door, tossed in a flashbang. I had to quickly locate and open them. Boom! I found it. I grabbed the secure case and stuffed it into my secure container.
Getting Out Alive
Now came the tricky part – extracting. I knew that place would be a hot zone, and I was right. As soon as I stepped out of the room, I heard footsteps. A player was pushing my position. I took cover behind a wall, waiting for him to make a move.
He peeked around the corner, and I unloaded my weapon. Thankfully, my aim was on point, and he went down. I looted his body quickly, grabbing any valuable supplies, and then I booked it towards the extraction point.
I made it out alive, with the secure case safely in my possession.
Quest complete! Time to hand it in and get my reward. Not gonna lie, my hands were shaking the whole time.
