Okay, here’s my take on “AFK Journey Best Characters”, written in the style of a personal blog post:
Alright, folks, so I’ve been diving deep into AFK Journey lately. Like, really deep. And the biggest question everyone’s always asking is: “Who are the BEST characters?” So, I decided to do some serious experimenting and figure this out for myself (and, you know, for you guys too!).
First, I started by just grabbing every character I could get my hands on. I didn’t care about tier lists or anything, I just wanted to play them all. I threw them into different team comps, tried different formations, and just generally messed around. Some were obviously stronger than others, but I was surprised by a few that I initially wrote off.
Leveling and Ascending
Then, it was time to get serious. I focused on leveling up the characters that seemed the most promising. This took a ton of resources, obviously, but it was worth it to see their true potential. I also started working on ascending them, which is where things get really grindy. But hey, that’s the name of the game, right?
A big part is looking the characters stats and skills at first, then you will get a clear picture.
The Experimentation Phase
My next step was the “experimentation phase.” This is where I put my leveled-up and (partially) ascended characters through some real tests. I ran them through the main story, tackled the different game modes, and even pitted them against other players in the Arena. Here’s what I found:
- Some characters are just beasts in PvE. They can clear waves of enemies like it’s nothing, and they’re essential for progressing through the story.
- Others shine in PvP. They might not have the highest damage output, but their abilities (like crowd control or support) can completely turn the tide of a battle.
- And then there are those that are just…okay. They’re not bad, but they’re not amazing either. I mostly ended up using these as backups or for specific niche situations.
My Personal Top Picks(Not Really, Haha)
It must be said that the best characters for you depend on your playstyle and what you’re looking for in a team. But some generally strong characters, based on my gameplay, I’ll just list a few, not all of them, haha.
After all that testing, I have come to appreciate a wide array of different characters, some may say my choices are not “Meta”.
