Okay, so I’ve been playing a ton of Dreamlight Valley lately, and I finally decided to tackle the seafood salad. It sounds fancy, but trust me, it’s super easy. Here’s how I did it, step-by-step, with all my little mishaps included, because, let’s be real, that’s half the fun.
Finding the Ingredients
First things first, you gotta get the ingredients. Which, in my experience, you might just stumble upon.

- Lettuce. I Started by planting some lettuce seeds. You can get these from Goofy’s stall, I had some already. Planted them, watered them, and waited. And waited. It doesn’t take that long, but when you’re hungry for salad, it feels like forever.
- Any seafood. I used Shrimp. I went down to Dazzle Beach, pulled out my fishing rod, and just started fishing. My advice, look for the blue circles in the water, they’re the ones that have a good chance. I caught it after a few tries!
- Lemon. I simply picked it. I found the tree in Forest of Valor or the Glade of Trust, and got a bunch of lemons.
Making the Salad
With all that stuff ready, I sprinted back to my house (gotta love the fast travel in this game!). I found the recipe by accident. Here’s what I did:
- Dump it all in I literally just tossed everything into the pot. Lettuce, shrimp, and Lemon, all in one go.
- Started CookingThen pressed “Start Cooking”.
And boom! Seafood salad. It’s really that simple. I felt like a gourmet chef, even though it took like two minutes.
So yeah, that’s my seafood salad adventure. Super easy, super tasty, and now I have a ton of it to keep my energy up while I decorate my valley. Go try it out! You might even surprise yourself with how easy it is.
