Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance lately, and one thing that always gets me curious is who’s behind the voices of these awesome characters. So, I decided to do some digging and, man, it turned into a bit of a rabbit hole!
First, I fired up the game itself. I mean, the most obvious place to start is the credits, right? I played through a good chunk, letting the credits roll, and… nothing. Or at least, nothing super helpful. Sometimes they list the voice actors, sometimes it’s a bit more vague.
Next up, I hit the internet. I started with some basic searches, you know, “SMT Vengeance voice actors” and stuff like that. This led me to a bunch of fan forums and wikis. Gotta love the dedication of fan communities!
The tricky part is that a lot of this info is pieced together. It’s not like there’s one official, definitive list out there (or at least, I couldn’t find one easily!). So, I spent a good amount of time cross-referencing different sources, seeing which names kept popping up.
I started make my own list, categorize.
- Confirmed:these are usually actors that fans have identified through their distinctive voices, or maybe there’s been some official confirmation on social media or in interviews.
- Speculated:This is where it gets a bit murkier. These are voice actors who might be involved, based on fan theories and comparisons to other games or anime.
- Compareing:I also went to the official website and related promotional materials.
It’s been a fun project, and kind of cool to feel like a bit of a *,I found someone have the same interesting with me,and we talked about the voice *’s a fun project.
