Okay, so today I messed around with something called “Solo Sikoa MFT.” Honestly, I didn’t even know what MFT stood for at first, but I was curious, so I dove in.
First things first, I googled it. I needed to figure out what this whole “MFT” thing was. Turns out, it’s some kind of fitness, so that piqued my interest. I’m always looking for ways to switch up my workouts.

So, after I got a basic idea, I started digging around for some routines or examples. I found, some, posts, and articles, and they were… alright. But I wanted something I could actually follow.
My Improvised Routine
I decided to just make up my own thing, based on what I’d seen. It was all a bit of trial and error, here’s how it went:
- Warm-up: I started with some basic stretches, you know, arm circles, leg swings, the usual. Gotta get the blood flowing, right?
- Workout:I made it into exercises.
- Round 1:I did 5 rounds.
- Cool-down: I finished up with some more stretching, holding each stretch for a bit longer this time.
The whole thing took me about an hour, and honestly, I felt pretty good afterward! I definitely worked up a sweat, and it was fun to try something new. I’m not sure if I did everything “correctly,” but who cares? I got moving, and that’s what matters.
I’m thinking I might try to incorporate this into my routine a couple of times a week. Maybe I’ll even look for some more structured guides online now that I have a better feel for it. We’ll see! It’s all about experimenting and finding what works for you, right?
