Okay, so today I decided to dive into the world of wrestling and learn more about Sable. Honestly, I didn’t know much about her going in, other than she was a big name back in the day. So, where did I start? Good ol’ Google, of course!
I typed in “wrestler Sable” and, boom, a ton of stuff popped up. First thing I noticed? Lots of images. She’s definitely a striking woman, no doubt about that. I skimmed through a few articles and Wikipedia entries to get a basic understanding of her career.

Getting to Know Sable
- Started in the then-WWF (now WWE) in the late ’90s.
- Managed other wrestlers at first.
- Became a wrestler herself.
- Won the Women’s Championship.
- Left WWF, then came back, then left again.
- Married Brock Lesnar. Another big name.
So, after getting the basic info, I started watching some of her matches on YouTube. I gotta say, the ’90s wrestling scene was…wild! The outfits, the storylines, the crowds – it was all pretty over-the-top. Her matches were very energetic. She was no joke.
Then I wanted some video and I found some old interviews, to see what she was like outside the ring. She seemed pretty confident and driven, and had a good sense of humor about the whole wrestling world. I found a lot of old interviews of her on YouTube, and the quality wasn’t great, but I could still see what a big personality she was.
I also looked up some articles and things to see how I could do this, and it was cool to see how passionate people were about her, both good and bad. It gave me a more complete picture than just reading the basic facts, you know?
So yeah, that’s basically how I spent my afternoon learning about Sable. I went from knowing almost nothing to having a pretty good grasp of her career and impact. It’s always fun to fall down these little internet rabbit holes and discover something new, even if it’s something as seemingly random as ’90s wrestling!
