Today, I decided to dive into this “A Meeting of Melodies” thing in Genshin Impact. It’s some kind of event in the game, and I figured, why not give it a shot? I booted up the game, and bam, there’s the event, right there in Liyue Harbor. Looks like I needed to go around and find some people to talk to, so that’s what I did.
First, I had to find these folks marked with some special icon. I ran around the harbor, looking for them. It was pretty straightforward, actually. I found the first one, chatted with them, and that got things rolling for the first part of the event, something they are calling “Day 1.”

Playing the Event
- Find the NPCs: These guys are easy to spot with the event icon above their heads.
- Talk to them: Just your standard conversation, nothing too complicated.
After I talked to the first person, more showed up on the map. So, I went around, talking to each of them, one by one. They each had something to say, and it seemed like I was collecting some kind of musical notes or something. I didn’t really pay much attention to the details, I just clicked through the dialogue, you know how it is. I was more focused on just getting through it to see what the rewards were.
The whole thing took place in Liyue Harbor, which is a pretty cool area in the game, if you’ve never seen it. Lots of water and those classic-looking buildings. It’s a nice change of pace from running around in the wilderness, fighting monsters and stuff. Today’s part was called “Evening Breeze Serenade.” Kind of a fancy name, right?
Anyway, after I chatted with all the marked characters, I got some rewards. Not too bad, I guess. It was a pretty chill event, not too much thinking involved. Just run around, talk to people, and get some free stuff. I’ll probably check out the next part of the event when it unlocks. It’s an easy way to kill some time and get some goodies. If you’re playing Genshin Impact, you might as well give it a try. It’s not going to blow your mind, but hey, free stuff is free stuff, right?
I continued to play the event for the following days, and I realized this event was pretty fun and simple, and I got a lot of rewards from it. I will definitely recommend this game to everyone!
