So, I saw this thing online about Rhea Ripley changing up her look, and I got curious. You know, how she went from that blonde look to this whole dark, gothic vibe? I thought, “Why not give it a shot?”
First, I went through my closet. Found some old black clothes I used to wear all the time. I started pulling out ripped jeans, band tees, and anything with studs or spikes. The whole nine yards, you know? It was kind of fun going back to that style, brought back some memories.

Next up was the hair. Now, I’m no hairstylist, but I figured I could handle it. I watched a couple of videos on how to get that messy, edgy look that Rhea has now. Grabbed some hair dye, the darkest one I could find, and went to work. It was a bit of a process, to be honest. I ended up with dye all over my bathroom, but hey, it’s all part of the experience, right?
- Dug through old clothes.
- Watched some hair tutorials.
- Dyed my hair.
Then came the makeup. I’m not big on makeup, but I tried to copy that dark eyeliner and lipstick look she’s been sporting. Let me tell you, it’s harder than it looks! I poked myself in the eye like, five times. But after a few tries, I think I got it pretty close. I mean, I wouldn’t wear it out to the grocery store, but for a fun little experiment, it was alright.
And for the final touch, I added some fake piercings. I found these clip-on ones online, so no need to actually pierce anything. Put on a couple of those, and boom, I was feeling like a whole new person. I had some photo ops from my past, used them as references, and took some new pics with my phone. I wouldn’t be in a photoshoot, but it was fun.
The Result
Looking in the mirror, it was definitely a big change. I barely recognized myself, but it was kind of cool. It’s like stepping into a different character for a day. I wouldn’t say I’m going to keep this look permanently, but it was a fun little adventure. Plus, now I have a newfound respect for people who can pull off that gothic style every day. It’s a lot of work!
So, yeah, that’s my Rhea Ripley transformation story. It was messy, it was fun, and it was definitely out of my comfort zone. But sometimes, it’s good to shake things up a bit, right? Maybe next time I’ll try a different wrestler’s look. Who knows?
