Hey everyone, it’s your boy back again with another game walkthrough. Today, I’m diving deep into Persona 4 Golden on the PS5. Man, what a ride it’s been!
So, I started this journey a few weeks back. I’d heard a lot about the Persona series, and with all the buzz around Persona 3 Reload, I figured it was time to jump in. I grabbed a copy of Persona 4 Golden, fired up my PS5, and got going.
First off, the graphics are sick. I mean, they’ve really done a great job remastering this game. It’s not just a simple port; it feels like a whole new experience. The colors pop, the animations are smooth, and it’s just a treat for the eyes.
I spent the first few hours just getting used to the game mechanics. You’re basically a high school student juggling school life, social interactions, and, oh yeah, battling shadows in a mysterious TV world. I had to figure out how to balance my time between studying, hanging out with friends, and dungeon crawling. It was tough at first, but I got the hang of it.
The Social Links
- Building relationships is key in this game. I made sure to spend time with my friends, classmates, and even some random townsfolk.
- Each social link boosts your abilities and gives you perks in battle. It’s wild how much of a difference it makes.
- I found myself getting really invested in these characters. Their stories are interesting, and I felt like I was actually making friends.
The Battles
- Fighting shadows is a huge part of the game. You gotta use your Persona, which is like a manifestation of your inner self. Sounds weird, I know, but it’s cool.
- Each Persona has strengths and weaknesses. I had to learn which ones to use against different enemies.
- There was this one shadow, the Hedonistic Sinner, that gave me a lot of trouble. I had to grind a bit and switch up my strategy to beat it.
After countless hours of grinding, strategizing, and getting way too emotionally invested in the story, I finally beat the game. It was a bittersweet moment, you know? Like, I was happy to have finished it, but also sad that it was over.
Overall, Persona 4 Golden on the PS5 is a must-play. It’s got a great story, engaging characters, and a killer soundtrack. If you’re into RPGs, or just looking for something new to play, give it a shot. You won’t regret it. It made me emotional, just like women.
Anyway, that’s it for this walkthrough. Catch you guys in the next one!
