Okay, so I saw this thing online about Jon Moxley maybe going back to WWE in 2023. It got me thinking, and I started digging around to see what’s up.
First, I checked out some wrestling news sites. I saw that Moxley’s been killing it in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) since he left WWE. He’s even got this new group, the Blackpool Combat Club, which sounds pretty tough.
Moxley’s Contract
- Then, I found out that Moxley’s actually signed with AEW until at least 2027. That’s a long time!
- Apparently, he was working without a contract for a while after some big event called All Out 2022.
- So, it seems like he’s pretty settled in AEW for now.
I also stumbled upon an interview where Moxley said he wants to wrestle until he just can’t anymore. He seems really passionate about it, which is cool.
DEFY Wrestling Appearance
Then, I saw this tweet from DEFY Wrestling. They announced that Moxley’s going to be at one of their events, WrestleVana: DEFY Super 8XGP Night 1. So, he’s still doing stuff outside of AEW, which is interesting.
Lastly, I read somewhere that Moxley was cleared to wrestle again after some time off. He showed up on AEW Collision and Battle of the Belts VIII, which means he’s back in action.
So, after all this digging, it looks like Moxley’s pretty committed to AEW for the long haul. He’s got a contract, he’s doing his thing, and he’s even wrestling in other places. While the idea of him going back to WWE is fun to think about, it doesn’t seem very likely based on what I’ve found. It’s all just speculation and rumors for now, I guess. I just followed the news and shared what I found.
