Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into this “Honkai: Star Rail” game lately, and let me tell you, this new character Jade is something else! She’s got the whole community buzzing, and I can see why. I’ve been working on getting her leveled up, and that means gathering a ton of materials. It’s been a bit of a grind, but I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
First off, I had to figure out what materials I even needed. Turns out, one of the main things is this “Shape of Roast” thing. To get that, I had to take on this boss called “Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Roast”. Let me tell you, it wasn’t a walk in the park. I had to really strategize and use my best team to beat it, over and over again. It took a few tries, and a lot of stamina, but I finally started getting those “Shape of Roast” drops. It felt good to finally make some progress.
But that’s not all! I also need these other materials like Credits and some Character EXP Materials. For the Credits, I’ve been doing the Calyx (Golden): Bud of Treasures. It’s a pretty reliable way to farm them. As for the Character EXP Materials, those come from the Calyx (Golden): Bud of Memories. So I’ve just been farming these a ton.
Besides those main materials, I’ve also been thinking about what gear to put on her. The 4-piece Ashblazing Grand Duke set looks like the way to go. It boosts follow-up attack damage, which seems perfect for Jade’s kit. And it also increases the wearer’s attack every time they deal damage, which is just icing on the cake. It feels like it’ll really make her a powerhouse.
I’ve spent a good chunk of time farming all these materials and trying to optimize Jade’s build. It’s been a lot of work, but I’m excited to see how powerful she can become. I’m not quite there yet, but I’m getting closer every day. And I must say, seeing those numbers go up is super satisfying.
