Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into this game called AFK Journey lately, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I wanted to put together a solid tier list, you know, to figure out which heroes are worth the grind and which ones are just… meh. So, here’s how it all went down.
First off, I started by just playing the game. A lot. I mean, I practically lived in this virtual world for a while. I assembled a bunch of different teams, trying out all sorts of hero combinations. I battled through countless stages, seeing who stood out and who fell flat. It was a bit of a mess at first, honestly. There are so many heroes, and each one has their own quirks and abilities.
After a while, I started to notice some patterns. I mean, some heroes are just no brainers in terms of power. I started to gather a list of every single character in the game, I remember there are like, 45 of them now? They’ve got these things called “Factions,” and there are six of those. It’s a lot to keep track of, I tell you.
Then, I started digging into the community. I checked out what other players were saying, looked at some tier lists that were already out there. It was interesting to see how my experiences lined up with everyone else’s. Some folks were all about certain heroes that I hadn’t really clicked with, and vice versa.
The Real Deal – My Tier List Process
But I wanted to make this tier list my own. So, I started experimenting even more. I started to make a table of every hero I have, and there are some that I think are absolutely insane. I put the ones that just dominated, like Ainz, Albedo, Queen, and PoP, right up at the top. They just carried me through the toughest battles, no sweat.
Then, I focused on specific roles. Like, healers are super important in this game, right? Without a good healer, most of your team is toast. I spent a bunch of time testing out all the different healers, figuring out which ones kept my team alive the longest. I created some rules like if your hero was under 200 then they are automatically dropped into the bottom.
I also paid attention to how well heroes worked together. Some heroes have amazing synergy, while others just don’t really mesh. I started taking notes on these interactions, which was a whole other layer of complexity. I started ranking them based on all of this stuff – individual power, roles, and how they work in a team.
The End Result – A Tier List I’m Proud Of
After all that grinding, experimenting, and note-taking, I finally put together a tier list that I feel pretty good about. It’s not perfect, of course. There’s always room for debate, and new heroes are always coming out, which shakes things up.
Here is what I came up with for my tier list categories:
- S Tier: These are the best of the best, no doubt about it.
- A Tier: These are great heroes that will do well in most situations.
- B Tier: These heroes are solid, but not as great as the higher tiers.
- C Tier: These heroes are decent, and can be useful in certain situations.
- D Tier: These are generally weak heroes that you might want to avoid.
But, this tier list is my experience and it helped me get a better handle on the game and make some smarter decisions about which heroes to focus on. Hope this helps some of you out there who are also trying to conquer AFK Journey! It’s a fun ride once you get the hang of it.
