Okay, so, today I wanted to talk about gathering some weapon materials for Clorinde. I’ve been trying to get her for a while now, and I figured, why not share my little adventure with you all?
First off, I logged into the game and checked what I needed. I already knew I had to do a bunch of pulls to guarantee Clorinde, like, up to 180 pulls. Pretty crazy, right? But I’ve heard that in practice, it might take fewer pulls. Still, I prepared myself for the worst, just in case.
Then, I started looking into the weapons. I found out that Clorinde is pretty flexible on the battlefield and can work well with other characters who deal damage off-field. But, I also read that she might need her signature weapon or a good 5-star one to really shine. I had my eye on the “Splendor of Tranquil Waters” because it seems like a good fit, especially since you can adjust Clorinde’s HP with her self-healing, and make the most of the weapon’s abilities.
- Saved Up: I made sure to save up a ton of resources. 180 pulls are no joke!
- Got Lucky: I actually managed to get Clorinde in around 90 pulls. Phew!
- Weapon Banner: This was trickier. I didn’t want to risk it all since the pity doesn’t carry over.
My Pulling Strategy:
Now, about those other characters. I noticed that Clorinde is being compared a lot to Keqing and Raiden. Some folks are saying they’re cheaper and maybe even better. I personally have Keqing, and I love using her. It got me thinking, maybe I don’t need to go all out for Clorinde’s weapon. I mean, Keqing is awesome already, and I have other strong characters like Kamisato Ayato, Alhaitham, and Kamisato Ayaka. They’re all main DPS characters too, so they fit well with my playstyle.
- Main DPS: I usually run Kamisato Ayaka or Alhaitham as my main damage dealer.
- Support: I pair them up with characters who can boost their damage or provide some utility.
- Clorinde’s Role: I’m still experimenting, but she seems to fit in well as a sub-DPS.
Team Setup:
I spent the whole afternoon trying out different team combinations and weapons. It was pretty fun, but also a bit tiring. In the end, I decided to hold off on pulling for Clorinde’s signature weapon for now. I want to see how she performs with what I already have.
So, that’s my little journey of getting ready for Clorinde. It’s been a mix of excitement, a bit of frustration, and a lot of experimenting. I’m still not sure if she’s a must-have, but I’m definitely enjoying playing with her. And hey, maybe I’ll stick with my trusty Keqing for now. Who knows?
