Hey everyone, it’s your boy back again with another blog post. Today, I wanna talk about something I’ve been digging into lately – the 2.5 banners for Honkai: Star Rail. Yeah, you heard that right, 2.5! So, let me walk you through what I did and what I found out.
Getting Started
First things first, I needed to figure out when this 2.5 update was actually dropping. After a bit of searching around on the internet, I found out that the release date is set for September 10, 2024. Mark that down, folks! It’s coming to PC, iOS, Android, and even PS5. Sweet!
Diving into the Details
Next, I wanted to know who the heck is gonna be on these banners. This is the important stuff, right? From what I gathered, it looks like we’re gonna have two phases for the banners.
- Phase 1: We’re getting Rappa and Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae. I gotta say, that’s a mouthful, but it sounds cool.
- Phase 2: Acheron and Aventurine are gonna be the stars here. Nice!
And guess what? There’s a new character named Rappa. This one’s an Imaginary-type and follows the Erudition path. Sounds like a brainy type to me. Apparently, there’s also Feixiao who’ll be coming along with rerun banners for Robin and Kafka. That’s a lot to take in!
Checking Out the Other Stuff
Besides the characters, I also saw some mentions of new stuff coming with this update, things like a new banner type and even a pet. Not sure how that works in a game like this, but I’m curious, I’ll keep an eye out for more info on that.
