Okay, so yesterday, I started this quest called “The Fabled Magnetic Cube Mechanics – Prelude.” It all began with this engineer guy, Mizhi, who kept hearing some weird noises. He was all worked up about it, so I decided to lend a hand, you know, to see what’s up.
First off, I went to find Mizhi. He’s usually hanging around in Huanglong, which is where the quest takes place. I talked to him, and he explained that he was trying to figure out the mechanics of this magnetic cube thing. Sounded interesting enough.
Day One
- Approached Mizhi, got the lowdown on the quest.
- Listened to him ramble about mysterious sounds and the cube.
- Decided to help him out.
He gave me a few hints to get started, and I spent the rest of the day messing around with the cube. I tried different combinations, pushed it around, you name it. But honestly, I didn’t get very far. This cube is tougher than it looks. By the end of the day, I was pretty stumped.
Day Two
Now, apparently, this quest is time-gated, meaning I had to wait a whole 24 hours in real-time before I could continue. Yeah, a whole day! So, I just did other stuff, explored a bit, you know, the usual. I waited and waited.

- Waited 24 hours…
- Did some other stuff in the meantime.
Day Three
Today, I went back to see Mizhi, hoping he had cracked the code. But guess what? The dude vanished! Seriously, he just disappeared. Now I’m stuck with this half-solved cube and no engineer to guide me.
- Returned to find Mizhi.
- Discovered he’s missing.
- Now stuck with an unsolved puzzle.
So that’s where I’m at now. I got this magnetic cube, a missing engineer, and a whole lot of questions. I’m gonna keep messing with the cube, see if I can figure it out on my own. Maybe Mizhi will turn up, maybe he won’t. It’s all a big mystery right now. I just hope to find him!
